Rachelle is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in patient-centered care. Originally from Haiti, she moved to the United States at the age of 15, bringing with her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and a passion for healthcare. Rachelle began her nursing journey at Medgar Evers College, earning her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2014, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. She launched her career in long-term care, where she spent four years providing empathetic and high-quality care to elderly and chronically ill patients. Seeking new opportunities for growth, she relocated from New York to Maryland, where she spent six years at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, honing her skills in acute and hospital-based care.

Committed to advancing her expertise, Rachelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University and holds board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about patient education, preventive medicine, and fostering strong, trusting relationships with those she serves. Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, she ensures that language is never a barrier to quality healthcare.

Outside of her professional life, Rachelle cherishes time with her son and family, creating meaningful memories together. She also has a love for travel, exploring new places, and immersing herself in different cultures.
