Dr. Eric Emanuel joins Anne Arundel Urology continuing his 20+ year career at Luminis Health Doctors Community Medical Center, University of Maryland Prince George’s County Medical Center, Greenbelt, Prince George’s County, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
Dr. Emanuel originates from the Philadelphia area. He completed undergraduate training and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania then proceeded with his urology training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, completing in 1999. He trained with a specific focus in urologic oncology and endo-urology. Currently he practices in all aspects of urology with specific interest in urologic oncology, hypogonadism, stone disease and all aspects of prostate disease.
Dr. Emanuel is the chief of the division of urology at The University of Maryland Prince George’s Hospital Center, the previous chief of urology at Luminis Health Doctors Community Medical Center and an associate clinical professor of urology at George Washington University Medical Center.
In his free time, Dr. Emanuel is an avid skier and hiker. He also enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally.
