Caroline Elangwe DNP, FNP-C

Caroline has always been guided by a deep compassion for caring for others—a passion that naturally led her to pursue a career in nursing. With determination and a commitment to lifelong service, she began her healthcare journey in 2003 as a Nursing and Medication Assistant and LPN through the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC. She earned her RN from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio in 2013, followed by her BSN in 2020, MSN-FNP in 2022, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2024, all from Walden University.

Caroline brings over 22 years of bedside nursing experience in diverse clinical settings, with her most recent roles in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical units, and Pediatric Primary Care. Her extensive experience, clinical knowledge, and compassionate approach to care have earned her the trust of patients and colleagues alike.

Fluent in English, Caroline also speaks French, Pidgin English (Broken English), and a dialect from the Oroko Clan in Cameroon, allowing her to connect with patients across a range of cultural backgrounds.

Caroline is married, a loving stepmother, and a proud grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoys babysitting, dancing to traditional music, singing church choruses and hymns, gardening, and traveling.
